Colette 1* - Saint-Tropez


Colette fell in love with Saint-Tropez and decided to buy a small house next to the Sezz Hotel. The hotel has a restaurant named after her. Philippe Colinet is the chef of the restaurant. He specializes in creating refined plant-based cuisine that features vegetables and Mediterranean flavors. The menu offers a variety of dishes, including roast pigeon with strong juice, chickpea, and sesame oil, as well as grilled oysters with shallot cream, watercress pulp, and bread charcoal.
